Harriet loves the traditional English sloe gin style of liqueur. After much nagging to Quentin, he obliged and created Ink Sloe & Berry Gin.
This is Quentin’s least favourite spirit to make - it’s the most difficult. Hundreds kilos of berries go into each batch, and they need to infuse for several months. Every time we bottle Ink Sloe & Berry Gin we burn through production filters as the heavy fruit sediment clogs up the system.
It’s all worth it in the end, for anyone can slowly sip this smooth, sweet & tart baby neat or on the rocks. It’s lip smackingly good.
