There has been a beautiful return to nostalgia in recent years. Simple drinks, simple flavours, martinis and negronis are back baby!
We had been thinking for a while that we’d love to have a gin in the Ink range that is bigger and bolder, with deeper base flavour notes perfectly suited to the negroni.
Ink Bitter Orange Gin started out as an idea to bring the sophistication of the bitter orange fruit into a spirit which was accessible, versatile and nostalgic.
Quentin started playing around with lots of citrus varieties and the usual slow (painful!) process of product development began. Samples were everywhere, and office staff were presented at their desks with various unmarked sample glasses. We hope you love the result of all this hard work!Description text goes here
