Husk Signature is our first rum to carry the official Australian Cultivated Rum (ACR) mark – a seal of authenticity that guarantees true provenance and purity.

Crafted from 100% single estate cane juice, this dry and complex rum is farm to bottle, non-chill filtered, and made without any added flavours, colours, or sweeteners. Aged in VO barrels and matured at our family-owned Husk Farm Distillery, it’s a refined, terroir-driven expression of Australian rum at its finest.
