Ink Gin 100 Cocktail Competition

Winners are Ginners!

To celebrate the 100th batch of the original beautiful gin we’re calling on the Ink Gin community to share their most original, beautiful cocktail recipe.

Entering is super easy - just mix, snap, share & tag on Instagram. Entries are open now until the end of September.

The winner will receive a $1000 cash prize and an Ink Gin 100 Cocktail Kit, featuring enough Ink Gin to make 100 cocktails, mixers from Strangelove and an Ink Gin garnish pack.

The winning ginnovation will be also be featured on our cellar door cocktail menu for the month of November, with $5 from every cocktail sold donated to a charity chosen by the winner.

Snap it and upload it to your feed, tagging @ink_gin
Caption the photo with the full recipe and method, use the hashtags #inkgin and #inkgin100

HOW TO WIN

Entries will be judged on creativity, innovation and presentation. The most original, beautiful cocktails will be selected by the Husk Distillers bar team and recreated at Husk Distillers cellar door to make sure the recipes work.

The top recipes will then be shared on the Ink Gin.com website and public voting will commence to select the winner. Public voting will begin on the 7th October and run to the 21st October. You know what to do - get your friends & family to vote for your cocktail!

The winning cocktail, chosen by the most public votes, will be announced on the 22nd October via an Instagram post.

The top cocktails will be turned into a digital recipe book crediting each entrant. All those who vote will be sent a free copy of the e-book (once it’s completed) as a gift.

First Prize

The winner will receive a $1000 cash prize and an Ink Gin 100 Cocktail Kit, featuring enough Ink Gin to make 100 cocktails, mixers from Strangelove and an Ink Gin garnish pack.

The first prize winning ginnovation will be also be featured on our cellar door cocktail menu for the month of November, with $5 from every cocktail sold donated to a charity chosen by the winner from our list of charity partners.

Second Prize

Second Prize will receive an Ink Gin 100 Cocktail Kit.

Third Prize

Third Prize will receive a $100 voucher for the Husk Cellar Door (or online store if they do not live in SE QLD or Northern NSW).

Fine Print

This competition is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Entrants must be 18+ years old.

Anyone can enter - we encourage all home bartenders, working bartenders and gin lovers to get involved.

Entries are open from 1st September until the 30th September.

We work in Australian dollars.

Entrants are allowed to enter multiple times using different recipes - one post / entry.

The cocktail recipe must showcase Ink Gin or Ink Sloe & Berry Gin (or both!).

Account must be visible to the public in order to appear as an entry.

Once the winners have been chosen they will have 1 week to contact us to claim their prize.

By entering this competition, you grant Ink Gin (Husk Industries Pty Ltd) the right to use entered image/images to promote this competition or the Ink Gin product.

The selection of the finalists by the Husk bar team will be final - there will be no appeal process.
