This beautiful pink gin cocktail is long, tall and refreshing. Not too strong, not too sweet - just right. And the best thing is it showcases both Ink Gin and Ink Sloe & Berry Gin!
Pretty In Pink Recipe
Ingredients
30ml Ink Gin
20ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
45ml cloudy apple juice
15ml lime juice
15ml thyme infused syrup
Splash of rhubarb bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice. Shake hard until the tins are ice cold. Strain into a tall glass over ice.

You can find watermelon radish at your local specialty fruit shop, or buy some seeds online and grow your own!
We used watermelon radishes in this recipe are more for their beautiful appearance rather than their taste - sadly they don’t taste like watermelon, instead they taste like mild, crunchy, peppery radishes
